We're kicking off Q2 with some incredibly exciting news! So, hold tight and keep reading till the end of this update, where we'll share a sneak peek. But before we reveal the details, let's talk about what we shipped in March.
🙋🏻 Introducing AMA!
Are you someone who enjoys mentoring and guiding others? Have you ever found yourself answering the same questions over and over again? If so, the Peerlist AMA is perfect for you! With this, you can easily document and share all of your most frequently asked questions with your audience. This will save you time in the long run and provide a valuable resource for your followers and mentees. By compiling all of your answers in one place, you can establish yourself as an expert in your field and demonstrate your willingness to help others.
AMA provides an excellent opportunity for our community to learn, grow, and collaborate. So why not give it a try? Host an AMA on your Peerlist profile and let's start the conversation!
⚡️ Superfast Onboarding
If you're planning on inviting your friends to join Peerlist, we want to make sure that their onboarding experience is effortless and enjoyable. We understand that for any digital product, a smooth and efficient onboarding process is essential to ensure a positive user experience. That's why we've gone above and beyond to streamline our onboarding process, reducing it by more than 50%. Our goal is to make signing up for Peerlist a seamless and hassle-free process for everyone involved.
Reduced steps in onboarding (From 4 to 2).
Added import from LinkedIn upfront and easier.
Added username in the onboarding.
Post publishing your profile, a new modal to show what Peerlist offers.
🧰 Fixes and Improvements
[FIX] After verifying experience/education verified tag on the user was missing from the UI unless hit refresh.
[FIX] Work verification on Firefox issues.
[FIX] Now you can edit and add a promoted badge to earlier added experiences.
[FIX] Project cover image hard caching issue.
[FIX] Deleting a verified experience/education should remove the verified badge.
[FIX] Flicker on login/signup screens because of the Google SSO button.
[FIX] Social share icons change on scroll.
[FIX] Improved project launching modal.
[IMPROV] Added a note to show the suspended account.
[IMPROV] The username can be changed within 30 days now (earlier it was 180 days).
[IMPROV] Repost scroll posts on Peerlist Scroll.
[IMPROV] Profile Analytics widget when no views.
[IMPROV] Featuring Arpit Bhayani on Peerlist for Individual.
